When I first came to see Kerry I was struggling with anxiety and I was worrying about everything in my life. I was finding it very hard to be in social situations and found myself too anxious to do most things, something which was causing a lot of tension at home. From my first session Kerry put me at ease, she is fantastic listener and I found it easy to discuss my problems and worries with her. Kerry helped me to develop coping strategies and I found her advice invaluable in helping me to cope with my anxiety. Through attending the sessions with Kerry I have been able to open up to my Husband and have developed a better relationship with my own emotions. I hope to continue to use the techniques Kerry has given me to control my anxiety and not let it get the best of me anymore.
